During a press briefing, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, “I wish Donald Trump’s family, staff and cabinet members would have an intervention for the sake of the country.”
“I pray for the president of the United States. I wish that his family or his administration or his staff would have an intervention for the good of the country,” Pelosi said. She added that she was concerned because he repeatedly storms out of meetings with Democrats.

Pelosi also said that if he doesn’t want to work with Democrats in the Congress then maybe he “should take a leave of absence.” She also said maybe the president is not in charge in the White House because he’ll agree with her in meetings and then change his positions.
Pelosi dug in again, accusing Trump of engaging in a cover-up, which includes his finances. She touted their recent victories in court, as two federal judges rejected Trump’s attempts to block the congressional subpoenas.
“I truly believe the president has a bag of tricks… that they save for certain occasions. They don’t necessarily apply to the occasion, but they’re a distraction. Which is…he’s a master of distraction,” Pelosi said.
