Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren outraises rivals Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris for the last quarter with a $19.1 million haul.

Warren more than tripled what she raised for the first quarter of the year, CBS News reports. Sanders raised $18 million while Harris raised nearly $12 million. Pete Buttigieg led with over $24 million while Joe Biden was in second place with $21.5 million.

“The eye-popping total is a validation for Warren after months of second-guessing from Washington strategists who questioned the wisdom of publicly vowing not to hold fundraisers or do “call time” with wealthy donors during the primary,” Politico reports.

Warren currently has just under $20 million cash on hand, CBS News reports.

Warren and Harris have been surging in the polls as Biden and Sanders have slipped. Harris is trailing Biden by single digits among black voters and is tied for first place in a recent Quinnipiac University poll.
