Former VP Joe Biden whines that “I wasn’t prepared for the person [whose name is Kamala Harris] coming at me” during the Democratic debate. Um, she used his own words about busing against him.

“I wasn’t prepared for the person coming at me the way she came at [me],” Biden told CNN’s Chris Cuomo during an interview.

“The person?” Sounds a little condescending to me. Why not call her by name?

Biden also said he was surprised by Harris’ attack because she knew his son Beau Biden very well. You see, personal relationships go out the window during contests — any contest.

Instead of throwing the towel and apologizing for any hurt bragging about working with segregationists may have caused and his views on busing policies in the 1970s, Biden is stubbornly digging in.
