Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton slammed Donald Trump as a “corrupt human tornado” and a “threat ” to the United States.

CNN reports Clinton said she does not believe Trump will win reelection in 2020. Her comments come as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched an impeachment inquiry over allegations he tried to shake down the Unkrainian president using taxpayers money to dig up dirt on Joe Biden.

During an interview on CBS News Sunday with Jane Pauley, Clinton said, “Donald Trump right now poses a direct threat, a clear and present danger to the institutions of our government, to the rule of law, to our standing in the world.”

Clinton said she was not upset that Trump continues to say she should be locked up because “he knows he is an illegitimate president.”

“You know, Jane, it was like applying for a job and getting 66 million letters of recommendation and losing to a corrupt human tornado,” Clinton continued.

“And so I know that he knows, that this wasn’t on the level. I don’t know that we’ll ever know what happened.”
