HOUSTON (KIAH) — Two people were injured in a drive-by shooting in northern Houston.
Houston police said someone opened fire from a red SUV around 8 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Cortlandt Street and East 34th Street.
A man and a woman received gunshot wounds, and they both had to go to the hospital. Doctors hope they survive.
Officers were unable to find shell casings at the scene, and police are still looking for the shooter.
