Blotter: Booking Smith County Jails, January 13–17.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged 20-year-old Omar Cazares Tyler with bodily harm to a family member. Cazares was in the Smith County Jail on Friday without bail.

Deputies charged Hugo Chavez Jr., 45, Tyler, with obstructing an emergency call for help and injuring a family member. On Friday, Chavez was in the Smith County Jail without bail.

Deputies charged Winter Day, 19, Tyler with aggravated assault with a weapon on a date/family/home and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Day was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and released on Monday on bail totaling $70,000.

MPs charged 62-year-old Richard E. Grisham of Tyler with two counts of indecency in connection with sexual contact with children. On Friday, Grisham was in the Smith County Jail on bonds totaling $400,000.

Deputies accused 29-year-old Rashard Rene Lambert of Waco of participating in organized crime. On Friday, Lambert was in the Smith County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Deputies accused Isaac Asael Mederos, 30, of Tyler, of evading arrest in a vehicle arrest, falsifying/fabricating physical evidence with intent to cause damage, and possession of fine class 2 controlled substances between 1 and 4 grams. On Sunday, Mederos was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $30,000.

MPs charged 58-year-old Larry Wayne Rogers Jr. of Flint with a fine for possession of a Class 2 controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams. On Monday, Rogers was in the Smith County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Deputies accused 22-year-old Antonio Sandoval Jr. of Tyler of robbery. On Monday, Sandoval was in the Smith County Jail on $100,000 bail.

MPs indicted 35-year-old Michael Scott Strickland of Chandler for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. On Friday, Strickland was in the Smith County Jail on $25,000 bail.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 21-year-old Caitlin McKean Bailey of Whitehouse with involvement in organized crime. On Friday, Bailey was in the Smith County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Officers charged 21-year-old Brandon Rashon Bradford of Tyler with evading arrest at arrest, failing to identify a fugitive intent to provide false information, evading arrest at arrest with a previous conviction, resisting arrest at a search or transportation, and aggravated robbery. . Bradford was in the Smith County jail on Monday on bonds totaling $930,000.

Kenya officers charged 49-year-old Ricardo Fields of Tyler with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, forgery/manufacturing of physical evidence with intent to harm, and illegal possession of a firearm by the perpetrator. Fields was in the Smith County jail on Sunday and was released the same day on bail totaling $60,500.

Officers charged 51-year-old Charles Hendon of Lindale with a penalty for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. Hendon was in the Smith County jail on Friday for $30,000.

Officers charged Ronnie O’Bryant, 29, of Houston, with stealing property worth less than 300,000 ATM machines and burglary of a building. O’Bryant was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $100,000.

Officers charged Alvin Lee Roland, III, 35, of Tyler, with a fine for possession of a Class 2 controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams, evading arrest with a motor vehicle, and evading arrest with a previous conviction. On Friday, Roland was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $75,000.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

The officers accused 34-year-old Jesse Alan Arnold from Whitehouse of constant violence against the family. Arnold was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the same day on $30,000 bail.

Officers charged 19-year-old Christian Don Andrew Lee of Tyler with assaulting a law enforcement officer/judge. On Friday, Lee was in the Smith County Jail without bail.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

MPs charged Wilbert Joseph Brown, 47, of Dallas, with two counts of possession of marijuana worth between £50 and £2,000, evading arrest with a previous conviction, two counts of manufacturing a Class 1 controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, a fine for possession of controlled substances. class 3 less than 28 grams, production of controlled substances class 1 fine less than 1 gram, and failure to identify the fugitive from justice, refuse to provide information. Brown was in the Smith County Jail on Tuesday for $375,500.
