Blotter: Booking Smith County Jails, January 20–23.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged Henderson’s Destiny Kailue, 34, with a penalty for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams. On Saturday, Kailue was in the Smith County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Deputies charged Miguel Angel Espinosa Rangel, 27, of Tyler, with drunk driving with a child under 15. Espinosa Rangel was in the Smith County jail on Sunday and released the same day on $25,000 bail.

Deputies accused 31-year-old Donald Fowler of Tyler of illegal possession of a firearm by a perpetrator. Fowler was in the Smith County jail on Friday and was released on $75,000 bail the same day.

Deputies charged Jason Claire Reese, 40, of Brownsboro, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Reese was in the Smith County jail on Friday and was released on $75,000 bail the same day.

Deputies charged 28-year-old Taurus Trevion Roberson of Brownsboro with eight counts of credit or debit card abuse. On Friday, Roberson was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $400,000.

Deputies charged 34-year-old Keston Jamar Woods of Tyler with a penalty for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. Woods was in the Smith County jail on Friday and was released on $30,000 bail the same day.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 26-year-old Claudia Alexis McDaniels of Tyler with aggravated robbery. On Sunday, McDaniels was in the Smith County Jail on $150,000 bail.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

Officers charged 44-year-old Robert Wayne Cummings of Tyler with driving while intoxicated by a third or more and evading arrest by motor vehicle. Cummings was in the Smith County Jail on Friday without bail.

Officers charged 33-year-old Chase Allan Gee of Tyler with two counts of stalking. Gee was in the Smith County Jail Friday without bail.

Police officers accused 33-year-old Edward Aaron Jones of Lindale of driving under the influence of alcohol with a child under 15. On Friday, Jones was in the Smith County Jail on $75,000 bail.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

Soldiers charged Johnny Wayne Hynes, 48, of Tyler with tampering/manufacturing evidence with the intent to cause damage and possess a Class 1/1-B controlled substance ranging from 4 grams to 200 grams. Hines was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the next day on bail totaling $75,000.

The soldiers charged 45-year-old Kevin Terrell Huddleston of Tyler with two counts of manufacturing Class 1 controlled substances between 4 and 200 grams, forging/manufacturing physical evidence with intent to damage, and illegal possession of a weapon. On Sunday, Huddleston was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $200,000.

GROUP POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 24-year-old Janathon Chrisean Newman of Tyler with murder. Newman was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the next day on $75,000 bail.

BULLARD POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 46-year-old Brent Lee Bishop of Bullard with driving while intoxicated by a third or more and avoiding arrest by car. Bishop was in the Smith County jail on Sunday on bail totaling $6,500.

LINDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Jamal Duckett, 44, of Fort Worth, with persistent family violence, bodily harm and obstruction of an emergency request for help. On Sunday, Duckett was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $17,500.

SMITH COUNTY CONSTABLE 5

Constables charged 30-year-old Lisbeth Alicia Garcia of Whitehouse with a fine for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance of less than one gram, a fine for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance of between 4 and 200 grams, a prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility . subject, and fails to identify the fugitive intent to give false information. On Friday, Garcia was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $61,000.
