Blotter: Booking Smith County Jails, Nov. 15–16.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

■ Deputies charged Kimberly Sue Fox, 52, of China Grove, North Carolina, with identity fraud with between 10 and 50 elements, three counts of identity fraud with less than 5 elements, with three counts are related to criminal activity and five counts are counterfeiting state/national instruments/money/security. Fox was in the Smith County Jail Tuesday on bonds totaling $235,000.

■ MPs charged Kimberly Shalet Lydia, 50, of Douglas, with seven counts of trespassing, two counts of bodily harm, two counts of public intoxication with three previous convictions, resisting arrest, and resisting arrest, search, or transportation. Lydia was in the Smith County jail on Wednesday and was transferred the same day to another agency.

■ MPs charged 29-year-old Carl Steven Miller of Frankston with assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction. On Tuesday, Miller was in the Smith County Jail on $15,000 bail.

■ Deputies accused 32-year-old Cedric Marquis Tolliver of Corsicana of assaulting a civil servant and unauthorized use of a vehicle. On Tuesday, Tolliver was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $225,000.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

■ Officers charged 31-year-old Nicholas Vargas of Wills Point with a fine of 1 to 4 grams for possession of Class 1/1-B controlled substances. On Tuesday, Vargas was in the Smith County Jail without bail.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

■ Johnny Michael Moore Jr., 51, of Grand Saline, 51, was charged by police officers with injuring a child/elderly/handicapped person with intentional infliction of serious bodily harm. Moore was in the Smith County jail on Tuesday and released the same day on $500,000 bail.

■ An officer charged Leandrew Bureau, 37, of Tyler, with drunk driving. On Tuesday, the Bureau was in the Smith County Jail on $10,500 bail.

■ Officers charged 34-year-old LaJuana Glass of Grand Saline with injuring a child/elderly/disabled person with intentional infliction of serious bodily harm. On Tuesday, Glass was in the Smith County Jail on $500,000 bail.

■ Desi Lee Griffith, 22, of Tyler, was charged with sexual assault by the police. On Tuesday, Griffith was in the Smith County Jail without bail.

UT HEALTH NORTH EAST POLICE

■ Officers charged Tyler’s Charlie Hill, 46, with stealing less than $2,500 in property from two or more previous convictions. Hill was in the Smith County Jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.

LINDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT

■ Officers charged Garrick Tyree Sanders, 29, of Allen, with burglary, unlawful confinement, production of a Class 1 controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, and bodily harm to a family member. Sanders was in the Smith County Jail Tuesday on bonds totaling $121,500.
