Blotter: Booking Smith County Jails, Nov. 18–21.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies accused 35-year-old Andrew Thomas Boaz of Winona of stealing property worth between $30,000 and $150,000. Boaz was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the next day on $85,979 bail.

Deputies charged Donniki Rochelle Bircher, 46, of Tyler, with a Class 1 fine for supplying controlled substances between 4 and 200 grams. On Friday, Bircher was in the Smith County Jail on $75,000 bail.

Deputies charged 61-year-old Rick Dixon of North Fork with evading arrest using a motor vehicle, stealing property worth between $2,500 and $30,000, and producing a Class 2 or 2-A controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams.

Deputies charged Paul George Kinnard, 49, of Canton, with stealing less than $2,500 in property with two or more previous convictions. On Friday, Kinnard was in the Smith County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Deputies charged 20-year-old Caitlin Shira Nix of Arp with resisting arrest, search or transportation. Nicks was in the Smith County Jail on Friday without bail.

MPs charged 42-year-old Patricia Marie Pena of Lindale with a class 1-B fine for controlled delivery of substances between 4 and 200 grams. On Friday, Peña was in the Smith County Jail on $200,000 bail.

Deputies accused 28-year-old Nathan Cole Smith of Tyler of sexually abusing a child. Smith was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the next day on $250,000 bail.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 35-year-old Joel Kahuokalan Alden of Tyler with possession of the controlled substance 1/1-B between 1 and 4 grams, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, and illegal possession of a weapon. Alden was in the Smith County Jail Sunday on bonds totaling $7,000.

Officers accused 32-year-old Michael Joe Combs of Big Sandy of trying to avoid death/injury. Combs was in the Smith County Jail on Friday without bail.

Officers charged Usbaldo Serrano, 25, of Tyler, with two counts of possession of a punitive class 2 controlled substance less than 1 gram, two counts of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol, and assault causing bodily harm to a family member. On Saturday, Serrano was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $57,500.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

Officers charged 27-year-old Darryl Devonte Mitchell-Taylor of Cypress with controlled substance delivery/lack of a prescription fraud. Mitchell-Taylor was in the Smith County Jail Friday on $200,000 bail.

UNITED STATES MARSHAL SERVICE

The marshals charged Shuantavion Shanai Tucker, 25, of Tyler, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and bodily harm. Tucker was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $201,000.

GROUP POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 52-year-old Rodney Wayne Carney of Whitehouse with tampering/manufacturing physical evidence with the intent to damage and in possession of 1/1-B controlled substances ranging from 4 grams to 200 grams. Carney was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $110,000.

ARP POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged 44-year-old Johnny Hasten from Big Sandy with indecent behavior with exposing a child. Hasten was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released the next day on $125,000 bail.
