ROCKDALE, TexasKWTX)- A Rockdale resident won the $1 million grand prize in a $1,000,000 Texas Lottery crossword puzzle.
Officials said the ticket was purchased at Arvin’s Liquor located at 1020 E. Cameron Avenue in Rockdale.
Lottery officials said the winner chose to remain anonymous.
It was the second of eight $1 million top prizes up for grabs in this game.
The $1,000,000 crossword offers a total prize pool of over $289.2 million.
The overall odds of winning any prize in the game is 1 in 3.41, including breakeven prizes.
