COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) — College Station police are investigating a shooting that took place Thursday night at an apartment complex.
Shots were reported just after 6:30 p.m. on the 600 block of University Oaks Boulevard at the Pearl Apartments.
According to police, a victim with a gunshot wound to the leg was found in the parking lot of the complex. The officer applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding and they were taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bryan.
On Friday morning, police said the victim was in a stable condition and they would not reveal her identity.
Currently, College Station police say they don’t have anyone in custody, but they think they’re looking for one or two suspects.
In total, eight shot shells were found in the parking lot, two cars were shot through.
