The 5,250-square-foot Boerne main restaurant has a bar, two party rooms, patio and a fully equipped kitchen. It is currently open six days a week. El Rio has struggled in 2020, like most restaurants, according to the list, but in 2021 the demand for their food has “bulk.”

“The owner of El Rio has perfected the catering business model. New menu offerings, efficient staff and preparation protocols, an efficient expandable bar, and a strong community presence have allowed it to grow year after year in a very competitive business,” the listing says.
El Rio is located at 1361 S. Main St., #600, Boerne, TX 78006, in the same parking lot as Planet Fitness and Jiffy Lube. The restaurant is hidden in the right corner of the mall.
