NEW YORK Kevin Durant sprained his right knee and the Brooklyn Nets say he’s out for at least two weeks.
Durant was injured Sunday in a 102-101 win by the Nets in Miami and underwent an MRI on Monday that showed an isolated medial lateral ligament strain. The team said he would be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Durant led the Nets to 18 wins in their last 20 games and a 27-13 record, trailing Boston and the best record in the NBA.
