What do you need to know

UNT will look to get out of the game after a stunning loss to Rice on Thursday.

Mean Green dominated their series with the Owls and rose early before struggling in the second half. UNT has lost two of their last three games and is three games behind Florida Atlantic in the losing column.

UNT coach Grant McCasland said his team could not match Rice physically. It will not be easy to bounce back against UAB.

The Blazers are one of the most talented teams in C-USA.

All eyes will be on Walker’s status. UAB is not the same without its star player.

Even if Walker is still out, the UNT will be a test in Birmingham. Here’s a link to our preview story, which also looks at the UNT women’s game against UAB tomorrow afternoon.
