A drunk driver may have crashed into a north Houston church, leaving the site destroyed.
This happened yesterday around 7:40 pm. Police said a possible two-vehicle crash caused the pickup truck to crash into the church. The pastor of the church says he had just dismissed attendees from a 6 o’clock service when the accident happened. The pastor also said that the men’s toilet was completely destroyed, and the gas pipeline also exploded.
The pastor believes the truck driver was drunk. He also reported that the female passenger had been impaled on a pole. There were still more than 15 people in the church at the time of the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
