HOUSTON (KIAH) — A man charged with the murder of rapper Migos Takeoff is on $1 million bail, according to reports.
The release came after Patrick Clark and his lawyers attempted to lower bail.
While Clark maintains his innocence, Houston police detectives maintain that he had a gun in one hand and a bottle of wine in the other when he was caught on camera firing his weapon.
These are the shots that are said to have hit Takeoff on Nov. 1 near a bowling alley in downtown Houston.
Takeoff, whose real name is Kirsnik Hari Ball, was part of the rap group Migos along with his uncle Quavo and cousin Offset.
Clark will be under house arrest and will wear a GPS monitor on his ankle as part of his release. He is expected to return to court in March.
