Richardson ISD Seeks Community Opinion on District Goals

Richardson ISD solicits information from 60 community members who will learn from and contribute to the district’s goals and planning process.

Community members’ ideas will be fed into the District Design Committee, which develops goals to support the District’s overall vision as well as the 2022 alumni profile.

Tuesday, January 24 at the Arzell Ball Center at 410 S. Greenville Ave. you can register for two community sessions.

You can register for the session from 16:30 to 19:00 here.

In addition, community members can learn more about the county’s strategic planning process during two virtual events on Wednesday, January 25 so the community can learn more about the project.

January 25 meetings:

  • 9-10 am via Zoom
  • 18-19 via Zoom

Members of the RISD community will also be able to provide information on possible metrics associated with each strategic objective. There will be one team for each strategic objective. Specific dates, times and locations will be announced on January 13th.

There will be additional opportunities for public opinion in April, according to the county.

The annual Richardson Photo Contest opens.
