SAN ANTONIO – The driver was hospitalized in critical condition after a rollover accident on the city’s northwest side, San Antonio police said.
The accident happened at 2:20 am at the 950 block of IH-10 West Access Road.
Police said the driver of a black Honda driving northwest failed to stay in one lane and pulled off the road towards the Security Service bank.
The Honda then hit a pole and crashed into the corner of a building before overturning.
Finally the car stopped on the roof.
Officials found the driver unconscious, they were removed from the car by an ambulance and taken to the district hospital.
The driver is reported to be in a stable but critical condition.
To date, no criminal charges have been brought against them.
