Thousands of San Antonio residents gather for MLK’s 36th Annual March

Thousands of San Antonio residents gathered Monday, January 16 for the return of the 36th annual Martin Luther King Jr. March, including local leaders, Uvalde families and many other Texans from near and far. The march has been virtual for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The annual event is hosted by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission in San Antonio and has been cited as one of the largest MLK marches in the country.
