VIA offers free tickets and cheap tickets to the All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

If you missed your chance to buy tickets to the annual All-American Bowl and San Antonio Sports All-Star football games this Saturday, January 7th, don’t fret among high school football fans. VIA is offering another special service to get to the Alamodome this weekend in partnership with the San Antonio Sports Foundation.

According to a press release, Alamo City High School football fans using VIA’s special Park & ​​Ride service this Saturday will be able to watch both major high school sports games completely free of charge. Yes, you read it right. You can witness the most popular and attended high school sports events in the country completely free of charge to your wallets.

According to the post, Alamodome maintenance is at Crossroads Park & ​​Ride from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday. The service is $1.30 one way and discounts will apply to children, seniors, students in the area, and active duty U.S. military personnel. Cash and credit cards are more than accepted at the Park & ​​Ride location, as are VIA passes to service the event.

The VIA Park & ​​Ride return service will operate within one hour of the end of the San Antonio Sports All-Star Game. It should also be noted that there will be no bus service between games, so be sure to get comfortable for the afternoon event.

The All-American Bowl, the nation’s premier high school sports game for over 20 years, features top high school football players from across the country, and has hosted an annual January game in San Antonio since 2003.
