Herman Cain’s defamation lawyer Lin Wood & PI TJ Ward have worked together in the past, most notably on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, on her mother, Beth Holloway Twitty’s behalf. So, it is a little suspect that T. J. Wardsuddenly appears on the scene with a lie detector software, or Layered Voice Analysis, that says Herman Cain was telling the truth during his press conference to respond to Sharon Bialek’s allegations of sexual harassment. In other words, the real question is, who directed CBS Atlanta reporter Mike Paluska (mike.paluska@cbsatlanta.com) to TJ  Ward? Did Mr. Ward contact Paluska on his own accord? Thanks to reader “WinstonSmith1984″ for bringing this to our attention.

As for Sharon Bialek’s statements coming across as a lie, there is a big difference when one is reading from a written document and improvising, as Ms. Bialek seems to have done. Herman Cain was coached. It’s clear that Sharon Bialek didn’t have enough time to have been coached, so the delivery is going to be far different, with stress.

So, like the reader, “WinstonSmith1984, I wouldn’t put too much stock in TJ Ward’s voice analysis software test results for both the accused and the accuser. I am sure the results aren’t as fool-proof as TJ Ward would have the general public believe. As for his success rate, he certainly came back from Aruba empty-handed. It isn’t a coincidence that T. J. Ward suddenly popped up with his voice analysis software to come to Herman Cain’s rescue. This was an orchestrated move on the part of either Herman Cain & Lin Wood or Lin Wood and T. J. Ward or all three. This isn’t a coincidence. The timing is very, very suspect.

To echo WinstonSmith1984, why hasn’t there been full disclosure about the relationship between Lin Wood and TJ Ward? Lin Wood, who represented the Holloway family, would have most certainly known PI TJ Ward and about his Layered Voice Analysis software. What’s equally troubling is Mr. Ward is reportedly the only private investigator in the country licensed to use Layered Voice Analysis, so wouldn’t he have a clear understanding and expertise on any methods to deceive the program?  In closing, we would love to know how TJ Ward got involved in this scandal and why he felt he had to speak up on Herman Cain’s behalf.

      If you use the same audio sample, sure you get the same results,  The question  is did Lin Wood and TJ Ward coordinate it so they could taint the sample by coaching Cain.

      According to the U.S. Military after use at Guantanamo Bay, voice analysis is no better than flipping a coin.  Even if it was proven to work, if you tamper with the data going in, the results are suspect.  If the test had said Cain was lying, but you learned TJ Ward once worked for Gloria Allred, would you be defending the test, or would you question the source?

        you really think lin would   coached herman cain when he made a mistake and said that yes he was willing to get a  lie detector test. when he should have said he would if the 4 ladeis  came forward and did  which. still would have been disputed cause there only  50percent rite. that  dosen’t sound like someone who  was coched to me. and I’m sure the CBS  news guy  would have done some investigating  on that part. to find that out considering CBS is andti GOP. my question to you  is  how do you know any of these things  happened given there back grounds all 4 ladies all have connection with democrats  gosh funny how they came from Chicago where  herman cains never been and funny  how  1 lives in a building she can’t even afford. and lives near david Axle Rod. who is obamas Rite hand man. the other works  with Both obama and axle rod. as for the credibliity of that machine. it sounds pretty reliable oh and they caught yon vanderslof to and is in jail because he murderd a second woman and they used the machine.

    I don’t know eric  blair aren’t Bialick and Axlerod to close. and even if T.J and linwood   were working to gether so what. it still proves he didn’t do it. the  news guy was standing rite there when Herman cain did his speech and Bialick.CBS the went to investigate  and asked him.  and Oh bye the way CBS is a Verry Liberal so there is no chance or gop  Biast there.  your just mad cause  your  Smoking Gun got smoked out and challanged . the problem is  all those women you libs  put out there all have a nasty past. which make them verry none credible sorry I would take  the   test  which is 95 percent accurate. over   the lie detector test

      The software doesn’t prove anything.  The only one claiming 98% accuracy is the software manufacturer.  The US Military found the technology no better than a coin flip in determining truth.  The lie is that this proves anything.  Interesting how now Cain is backpedaling on doing a polygraph and is now citing the test his own attorney could have secretly rigged as a reason.

        your thinking of the other 1 eric there were 2  the 1 they claimed was 98 percent efficient  and the 1 they claimed was 95 efficient the 98 percent efficient 1 was disputed and  was taken  out but they could not dispute the  one that was  95percent 1  get your faxs straight before you do that .

          ?  Voice stress analysis has not been proven.  Period.  That is why, like polygraph tests, it is not admissible in court.  The only one claiming this level of accuracy is the manufacturer.  You can keep trying to spin it any way you like, it doesn’t change reality.

          If there was some magic 95% or 98% accurate truth machine out there, it would be tested, peer reviewed and it would be present in every court room in the country.  This test, especially under these conditions and the shadow over the circumstances as well as over the investigator, proves nothing about Mr. Cain’s honesty or Ms. Bialek’s honesty.  It’s a shiny thing the Cain campaign manufactured to try and distract people from looking further.

    Would it not be more productive for you and I to make note of the association by President Obama with all of the many Progressives before him that convinced the Black community that by following their redistributionist economic policies – that our community would prosper?

    Why doesn’t this promote you to discredit their claim about future benefit to the Black community in the same way that the ’6 degrees of separation” that you have identified with Herman Cain’s Private I?
