FOURTH OF JULY HORROR: Thirteen year old Alexandra Anderson and brother Brayden Anderson, 8, were killed by an ‘unknown source of electricity’ in the Lake of the Ozarks on July 4th, the Local 8 News reports. In a separate incident in eastern Tennessee, an unnamed 10 year old boy was electrocuted and his 11-year-old friend seriously injured after jumping off a docked houseboat in the German Creek Boat Dock in Bean Station.
In a separate incident, three young children drowned in the Iowa River in Marshalltown, Ia., during the fourth of July celebrations. The children, two girls ages seven and nine, and a boy, age seven, were said to be family members.
Three children, ages 12, 11 and 8, drowned after the yacht they were on capsized in New York’s Long Island Sound, the NY Daily News reports.
