William Koberna, 19, was arrested at his parents home in Brunswick, OH, after tweeting he planned to ‘shoot-up‘ the Kent State University campus. Bill Koberna was charged with inducing panic and aggravated menacing related to the tweet. He will be arraigned in court Monday.
This comes a little more than a week after James Holmes went on a shooting rampage at the midnight screening of the latest Batman flick, “Dark Knight Rises,” killing 12 and wounding 58. William Koberna is also facing a university hearing which could possibly lead to his suspension or dismissal from Kent State.
Four students were killed by National Guard troops on the campus of Kent State University in May 1970 protesting the U.S. invasion of Cambodia.
