A new Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll shows President Obama regained a narrow lead over Mitt Romney 44% to 43% despite the attention of the Republican National Convention, where we saw his ‘softer side’ while listening to fabrications from Paul Ryan and a total train wreck of a speech from Clint Eastwood. Mitt Romney led Obama by one point Friday and two points on Thursday. That amounts to no bounce whatsoever. The Gallup tracking poll shows no bounce whatsoever.
