Adam Lanza, Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooter, Brother Ryan Lanza Being Questioned by Police

CONNECTICUT SCHOOL SHOOTING:  Adam Lanza, 24, has been identified as gunman in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.  According to media reports, his parent was found dead in a New Jersey home today. Twenty-seven people are dead, including 18 children. Two handguns were found at the scene and Adam  Lanza is dead. Ryan Lanza’s mother was a teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary School and her body was found among the dead. Ryan Lanza, his brother, is being questioned by police.

Fox News reports Adam Lanza lived in Hoboken, N.J., and had ties to Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., according to officials. The gunman was found dead inside the building, but it is not clear if he committed suicide or was killed. Four weapons in total were recovered from the school. Adam Lanza killed his father in New Jersey before unleashing this horrific tragedy on the school. There are reports that his girlfriend and another friend are missing.
