TULSA SHOOTING:  Joseph Tillman, who was considered a ‘person of interest’ in the gruesome murders of four women in a Tulsa apartment, was arrested Tuesday during a traffic stop in Independence, KS. Joseph Tillman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a domestic assault and battery case, police disclosed Wednesday.

Joseph Tillman hasn’t been named a suspect in the murders of twins Rebeika Powell and Kayetie Melchor, 23; Misty Nunley, 33, and Julie Jackson, 55, but police would like to speak with him. The Tulsa World reports police said Tillman has been ‘known to frequent’ the crime-ridden area of 61st Street and Peoria Avenue, the scene of the horrific murders on Monday. The police are working to transport Joseph Tillman back to Tulsa.
