Raleigh Butler ID’d as One of the Victims in the Forestville Triple Homicide

FORESTVILLE SHOOTING: The Sonoma County Sheriff’s office issued a press release identifying one of the victims in the triple homicide at 9707 Ross Station Road as being Raleigh Butler, 26.

When deputies arrived on scene they searched the property and located the three deceased males in a bedroom and that all three of them had in fact been shot. The residence and the property were secured and detectives from the Sheriff’s Office began their investigation.

During the course of the investigation we have determined that one of the deceased was Raleigh Butler age 26. Butler was originally from Petaluma but had been living out of the area for the past several years. The property where the three victims were located was being rented by Butler’s mother, who was out of the state when this crime occurred. The other two deceased subjects were also from out of the area. We will not be releasing their names pending notification of next of kin.

At this point in our investigation based on interviews and evidence collected at the scene we believe this is a marijuana drug deal that resulted in the death of the three victims. There will be a press conference at the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office at 2 p.m. this afternoon. Source

The third victim has now been identified as Todd Klarkowski, age 42. Klarkowski resided in Boulder, Colorado.
