Compton Teen Kevin Tatum Killed After Fight Breaks Out at Lancaster House Party

WEEKEND GUN VIOLENCE:  Kevin Tatum, 17, killed after a fight broke out as partygoers left a house party in the 700 block of East K Avenue in Lancaster, Ca., early Saturday morning. According to media reports, the party was attended by more than 100 young people. Kevin Tatum was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police believe the shooting that led to the Compton teen’s death, could have been the result of a gang-related fight. It is not known if Kevin Tatum was involved in the fight. No suspects are in custody.
