Kristina Quigley, 30, head coach of the Seton Hill University women’s lacrosse team, died after the bus carrying the team to a game crashed into a tree in central Pennsylvania. Authorities said Kristina Quigley, of Greensburg, who was six months pregnant, died at an area hospital. Her baby did not survive. Bus driver, Anthony Guaetta, 61, of Johnstown, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The crash occurred on the Pennsylvania Turnpike near Carlisle. Two other victims were flown to a hospital and 19 others on the bus was taken for medical attention as a precaution.
The bus operator is Mlaker Charter & Tours, of Davidsville, Pa. They sent investigators to the scene. No information on their safety record as yet.
