Ervin Phillip Ingraham and Ronnetta Hurley-Brown were found dead in a southeast Washington D.C. residence Thursday afternoon. Two young children, ages 1 and 2, were in the home, located in the 1600 block of 17th Street SE, at the time of the shooting.
Police have not said whether the deaths of Ervin Phillip Ingraham and Ronnetta Hurley-Brown, both 21, was a murder-suicide. Anyone with information is being asked to call the police at 202-727-9099.Er
