Jeri Wright, the daughter of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, may be in more trouble with law, following her conviction last year on money laundering charges, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Jeri Wrigth is accused of drawing 13 payments totaling $8,192 from a temporary staffing agency for “work she never perfrmed” for an Indiana-based plastics factory.

The Sun Times reports U.S. probation officer Eric W. Fox said in court filing that Wright “committed theft” by accepting the payments. The payments were allegedly authorized by the plant manager who has since been fired. The said manager is currently under investigation for “making fraudulent credit card charges and hiring several” phantom employees.

Prosecutors say Jeri Wright violated the terms of her bail and are asking for a revocation, the Sun Times reports.

UPDATE:  Jeri Wright is heading to jail after U.S. District Judge Sue E. Myerscough ruled there was “probable cause to believe” she “committed a separate theft while on bail,” the Chicago Sun Times reports.
