Veteran lawmaker Maxine Waters (D-CA) slammed Fox News as a “sexual harassment enterprise” after Bill O’Reilly was ousted.
“It was a sexual harassment enterprise there at Fox. The men there and Roger Ailes, this was a way of life for them,” Waters said on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360.”
“There’s something wrong with him psychologically. … I hope he seeks some help,” Waters said.
“Powerful men with a lot of money who would proposition women taking advantage of them, they thought that was normal and the way that life should be.” “It has only been in recent years that women feel strong enough to come forward. Things have changed.”
“Thank god it’s stopped now with Bill O’Reilly at Fox,” she concluded.

Waters later tweeted: “Regarding the news on O’Reilly, a day will come when rich men won’t be able to buy their way out of criminal conduct & they will go to jail.”

O’Reilly’s downfall came after he compared Waters’ hairstyle to a James Brown wig and after attorney Lisa Bloom dropped a bombshell that he also sexually harassed Wendy Walsh.
