An independent forensics pathologist Bennet Omalu says Sacramento police shot Stephon Clark six times in the back and one time in the side and he took up to 10 minutes to die, the Associated Press reports. He was shot a total of eight times.

Clark was gunned down in his grandmother’s backyard. Police initially claimed he had a gun, then claimed that he had a iron bar. The young father had a cellphone.

Clark was refused medical attention as he laid on the ground dying. The police can’t say they were scared.

Donald Trump’s comment was that it is a local matter but yet he was eager to contact Roseanne Barr over her sitcom pulling in huge ratings.
