Seeing this story about the hero at the Waffle House shooting brightens my mind & day when I was really in need of it. The world seems like such a dark, grim place right now. It's nice to see some positive reinforcement that there is still good out there. Respect to James Shaw Jr

I hope in days to come the hero is emphasized. James Shaw is a Tennessee State University graduate who saved many people Without him the story would be much different He wrestled the gun away from him and threw it across the counter Without the gun the boy ran away like a coward

Waffle House Hero James Shaw Jr. proved that a good guy without a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun…. and you don't have to worry about additional bullets flying through the air. pic.twitter.com/5Ga38iz19j
