Gabriel Gaeta’s bail is set at $1 million and he is expected to be charged as an adult. Jenise Wright died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Gabe Gaeta, a stand-out wrestler, reportedly attended a vigil for Jenise on Friday, one day before his arrest. FBI search dogs found her body in the woods near the Steele Creek Mobile Home Park.
King5.com reports that Gabe Gaeta knew Jenise Wright’s family and lives “just down the block.” Investigators towed two SUVs and a van from Gaeta’s home. Jenise’s father, Jim Wright, told the Seattle Times that the teen was a “close friend of the family,” who hed had taught how to chop firewood to make extra money.
