A pregnant protester over the Ferguson shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown said she was maced and thrown to the ground by a police officer.

Mikiesha Wickerson, who is six months pregnant, also claimed she was held at gunpoint by police during the protests Sunday night. KMOV reports cellphone video captured the incident in the parking lot near West Florrisant.

Wickerson said, “They was just like if y’all don’t shut up, we’re gonna mace y’all and take y’all to jail,” KMOV reports. She said she was in a car with two cousins and their friends who were shouting at the police officers with the doors closed. She said all the occupants of the car were arrested after police officers rushed the vehicle.

Mikiesha Wickerson said, “I was like, can I please get some air, because I started contracting and I was sweating and had mace running through my eyes,” KMOV reports.

Wickerson was taken to the hospital after the incident and was told the baby should be fine, KMOV reports.
