Bobbi Kristina Brown’s representative files a lawsuit against Nick Gordon accusing him of theft and physically harming her. This comes as Pat Houston, Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law, said she was taken off life support and transferred to a hospice. The family says the it is in God’s hands. In other words, the end is near.
The lawsuit, which was filed in Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday, alleges that Gordon wrested control over Bobbi Kristina Brown’s finances, physically harmed her and took money from her since her hospitalization after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Roswell home on Jan. 31.
The lawsuit demands $10 million in punitive damages. The suit alleges that on the day she was found unconscious she was embroiled in a loud argument with Gordon and was found unresponsive with a missing tooth. He is accused of stealing her money by transferring money from her account into one controlled only by him. He is accused of transferring $11,000 in one transaction.
Nick Gordon has been accused in the lawsuit of causing, “among other things, substantial bodily harm.”
