Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden slams Donald Trump during his kick-off speech on Saturday saying, he “squanders” everything he has been given in life.

Biden, who kicked off his campaign in Philadelphia, said that Donald Trump is trying to take credit for the economy he inherited from President Barack Obama, and that he was about to squander that too.

“I know President Trump likes to take credit for economy and economic growth and low unemployment numbers but just look at the facts, not the alternative facts.”

“President Trump inherited an economy from the Obama/Biden Administration that was given to him, just like he inherited everything else in his life. And just like everything else he’s been given in his life, he’s in the process of squandering that as well,” Biden said.

Biden hit Trump hard saying, “we choose truth over lies and unity over division.”

“It is for us to be dedicated to the great task that remains before us….government by us and for the people shall not perish before us,” Biden said quoting Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.

The turn-out for Biden’s kickoff rally was around 6,000, according to MSNBC. Kamala Harris had a far bigger crowd. Just watch the media spin that ad nauseam. Bernie turned out big crowds but didn’t win primaries in big states.
