Twitter has a field day after Donald Trump compares himself to the “King of Israel” and the “Second Coming of God” in an unhinged tweetstorm: “Invoke the 25th Amendment now!”
Trump quoted right wingnut Wayne Allyn Root’s comments: “The Jewish people in Israel love him like he’s the King of Israel. They love him like he is the second coming of God…But American Jews don’t know him or like him. They don’t even know what they’re doing or saying anymore. It makes no sense!”
….like he’s the King of Israel. They love him like he is the second coming of God…But American Jews don’t know him or like him. They don’t even know what they’re doing or saying anymore. It makes no sense! But that’s OK, if he keeps doing what he’s doing, he’s good for…..

This comes after Trump insulted millions of American Jews by calling the ignorant and disloyal for voting for the Democratic Party.
Comparing Trump to the second coming of God is blasphemy. That’s considering that the Bible instructs us to take care of the poor. He’s doing the opposite.
Reaction on Twitter:
Trump just tweeted this about himself!
"People love him like he’s the King of Israel. They love him like he is the second coming of God."
If only there was some Amendment which would allow the removal of a US 'president' if they become clinically insane…

Please, if I ever wake up one day declaring myself King of Israel and the second coming of God, send the police to my house for a wellness check.

.@realDonaldTrump King of Israel is trending and I blame @senatemajldr @LindseyGrahamSC @marcorubio the rest of the Trump sycophants. He will get American Jews killed with his dangerous attacks.

We learn in med school that if someone comes to the emergency room calling themselves the King of Israel and the second coming of God, that patient is either high on drugs or is having a psychotic break and needs to be promptly evaluated with a tox screen and psychiatric consult.

King of Israel? Trump has much in common with Herod the Great: famous builder; known for cruelty to children; multiple wives; feckless kids; acts like a king but completely subservient to a hostile foreign power.

Hey @GOP party, Trump is quoting Wayne Allyn Root that he is the second coming of God and the King of Isreal.
Isn’t it time to invoke the 25th Amendment? What are you waiting for?

YOU are not OUR king nor anyone else’. You are a blight to Jews and our beloved country. We do not believe in nor will will allow any Second term. We will help vote you out!! #DisloyalToTrump #disloyalJews https://t.co/CS2Ifm4PUs

Um…Yeah….There already was this guy who was called “King of the Jews.” It wasn’t a good label for him and things didn’t turn out too great. There’s this book about him. You might want to read it. (Don’t worry, there’s a movie version too.)
