I was at the supermarket the other day and while looking at eggs, determining what an affordable price was, a gentleman looked at me and said, “I won’t be able to buy eggs any time soon!” I’m pretty sure he was annoyed by the skyrocketing price of eggs.

Are people finding alternatives to high egg prices? There may actually be an answer if prices continue to rise.
Have you ever bought egg beaters? Not sure why I don’t buy them more often. They’re called egg substitutes, but the only thing missing is the shell, as far as I’m concerned. They are, after all, real eggs.

32 ounces of Food Club brand egg beaters called “big egg shows,” cost $3.99. 16 ounces of Food Club brand will cost $2.99. Comparatively, a 12-count carton of Food Club eggs will run you $3.99.
IS ORGANIC CHEAPER THAN NORMAL?
My point is… we may not be there yet, but if prices keep going up and egg beater prices keep staying the same, are you going to make the switch to the true 99% egg product substitute?

I noticed something else I’ve never seen before. Organic brown eggs are now cheaper most of the time than white eggs! So, if you’re looking for the cheapest egg prices, don’t overlook organic eggs!
