Looking to get back on the winning run, the Murray State Racers (11-10, 6-5 MVC) head home to the CFSB Center to host the Missouri State Bears (11-10, 7-4 MVC) in a 1 p.m. tip in Murray, Ky. on Ja Morant Poster Day As the second half of the Missouri Valley Conference kicks off this week, the Bears are the last team the Racers haven’t met this season. The second game in Springfield, Missouri will be played on February 21st. The Racers fell to 2-8 on the road this season with a Tuesday loss at Southern Illinois 68-64, a game in which the Racers led with 3:47 remaining. Rob Perry had his first double-double as a driver with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Brian Moore had another brilliant game in his third consecutive start. His stat included 19 points on 7-12 from the field with four 3-point field goals. The Racer also had a big day on the boards as they held the Salukis to just five offensive rebounds.
