The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE was challenged to kick a 25-yard field goal to an undisclosed location as part of a promotional stunt. “[It was] a thirty-second place, [so] we had to shoot right away [the game]Kostek said. “It was very stressful, but congratulations to the bosses!”

The deal promising to provide fans with $10 million in free bonus bets was still confirmed by FanDuel Sportsbook, even though Gronk couldn’t kick the ball on goal. Later, in an appearance on FanDuel TV’s “Up & Adams,” Rob Gronkowski revealed that it was mother nature that didn’t help him. He blamed the wind for being too intense. “Mother Nature said ‘no, no, no, no, no, Gronk, you’re not going to score again in the Super Bowl.”
