PRESS RELEASE
Published February 20, 2023
The Senior Care Authority has announced its 2023 Franchise Advisory Board, whose members include Mike Kearney, Lisa Isbell, Don Minter and Mark Molnar. The franchise owner’s elected board of directors provides feedback and solutions to help the entire system, including the franchisees and the families they serve.
Senior Care Authority affiliates have fantastic ideas from their professional backgrounds and day-to-day business operations. The owners are eager to share insights into the challenges they’ve faced and the solutions that have worked. The Franchise Advisory Board helps advance the company’s shared goal: to do what’s best for customers and their families. Members of the Franchise Advisory Board are experienced franchisees who have become experts in certain aspects of their business and, as a result, guide and advise their peers in corporate ownership. Frank Samson, founder and CEO of Senior Care Authority, said: “The Senior Care Authority Franchise Advisory Board (FAB4) is central to our entire operation. The input and experience we receive from this diverse group of professionals is the key to helping our organization achieve its goals.”
Don Minter, franchise owner of the Senior Care Authority in Overland Park, Kansas, will serve his second year on the Senior Care Authority’s franchise advisory board. Minter has found great satisfaction in helping guide seniors and their families to excellent outcomes. Don worked for 11 years as a director of food and beverage in a continuing care retirement community. There, he developed his love of working with residents and their families to ensure the best experience possible. Becoming a Senior Care Authority franchisee was the perfect follow-up to a new and rewarding career that drew on his strengths and compassion for seniors. Don cares about his clients’ best interests and knows firsthand many of the struggles families face in placing loved ones in the right community. In his second year on the board, Don enjoys being a liaison to help develop the best solutions and improvements to problems faced by his fellow affiliates and corporate team. “It is an honor to serve on the franchise advisory board and represent so many individuals who exemplify the compassion it takes to care for the needs of our seniors,” Minter noted.
