Bexar County man arrested for stealing Ruffles Lays truck

SAN ANTONIO, TX (KWTX) – A Bexar County resident was arrested in connection with a Ruffles Lays truck robbery.

Authorities were called on January 10 at a Walmart in the 8000 FM 78 block in Converse after receiving a call about a car being stolen.

When representatives of the BCSO patrol responded, the dispatcher notified them that it was a Ruffles Lays Chips box truck.

Not far from the original location where the theft took place, the suspect in the Ruffles truck swerved into the area and jumped off a moving stolen truck, which then crashed into a pickup truck, causing it to slam into the garage door of an apartment building, investigators said. .
