Blotter: Booking Smith County Jails, Nov. 11-14.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged John Hartwell Aldridge Jr., 60, of Tyler, with possession of drug paraphernalia, a fine of less than 1 gram for possession of a Class 1/1-B prohibited substance, a fine of less than 1 gram for possession of a Class 2 prohibited substance, illegal possession of a weapon and forge/manufacture physical evidence with intent to damage. Aldridge was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $21,500.

Deputies charged Tyler’s Sandra Lee Draffen, 55, with a Class 1 fine of 4 to 200 grams of a controlled substance. Draffen was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and was released on $100,000 bail the same day.

MPs accused Scott Boatner Pierce, 47, of Tyler, of failing to identify a fugitive intent to provide false information and attack a family/household member with a previous conviction. On Saturday, Pierce was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $160,000.

Deputies accused Chanedia Yvette Surall, 34, of Longview, of abusing a credit or debit card and stealing property worth between $100 and $750. On Saturday, Surall was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $52,500.

Deputies charged 27-year-old Sakira Samone Temple of Longview with stealing property worth less than $2,500 for two or more previous convictions. Temple was in the Smith County jail on Monday without bail.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Adron Marcell Thomas, II, aged 27, of Lindale with criminal possession of a firearm and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Thomas was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $350,000.

Officers charged Bryson Jamar Anthony, 36, of Kilgore, with penalties for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, vehicle evasion, public intoxication, and resisting arrest, search, or transportation. Anthony was in the Smith County jail on Sunday and released the next day on bail totaling $69,000.

Officers charged 37-year-old Mac Dewayne Ford of Tyler with sexual assault, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol, and a Level 1 controlled substance possession fine of less than 1 gram. On Sunday, Ford was in the Smith County Jail on bonds totaling $210,000.

Officers charged Garrett Michael Burchit, 28, of Tyler, with child/elderly/handicapped injury with intentional bodily harm. On Friday, Burchit was in the Smith County Jail on $150,000 bail.

Officers charged 22-year-old Trea Kaepone Scott of Whitehouse with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and a 1st degree controlled substance fine of less than 1 gram. Scott was in the Smith County Jail Sunday on bonds totaling $400,500.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

Officers charged 30-year-old Rome Chelise Hayward of Tyler with a class 1 fine for supplying controlled substances in excess of 1 gram in a drug-free zone. On Monday, Hayward was in the Smith County Jail on $300,000 bail.

TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE

Game wardens charged 23-year-old Matthew Blue Pierce of Bullard with failing to identify the fugitive from justice, failure to provide information, a 1 to 4 gram fine for possession of a Class 1/1-B controlled substance, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and disorderly conduct. Pierce was in the Smith County jail on Monday on bonds totaling $101,000.
