SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Deputies accused 44-year-old Johnny Ray Anders of Mount Pleasant of forging financial documents. Anders was in the Smith County Jail Tuesday without bail.
Deputies accused 38-year-old Justin Seth Henderson of Tyler of drunk driving. Henderson was in the Smith County Jail on Tuesday without bail.
Deputies charged 28-year-old Calvin Earl Scott Jr. of Winona with arrest evasion, assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction, and criminal negligence towards children. Scott was in the Smith County Jail Wednesday on bonds totaling $72,500.
Deputies charged Tyler’s 17-year-old Juan Villela with highway racing, vehicle evasion, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Villela was in the Smith County jail on Tuesday and was released the same day on bail totaling $30,500.
TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT
Officers charged Keith Alvin Johnson, 52, of Tyler, with resisting arrest, search or transportation, evading arrest, and evading arrest by motor vehicle. On Wednesday, Johnson was in the Smith County Jail on bonds totaling $105,000.
ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY
Officers charged 36-year-old Zachary Kane O’Connor of Hawkins with assaulting a family/home member obstructing breathing/circulation. On Tuesday, O’Connor was in the Smith County Jail without bail.
