Butler National promotes 20+ year employee Christopher Reedy to Chief Operating Officer
OLATHE, Kan., Jan. 26, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Butler National Corporation (OTCQB: BUKS) Announces Change in Corporate Organizational Structure with Creation of Chief Operator Officer (“COO”) Position and Appointment of Christopher J Reedy by the Board as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary.
Butler National is a recognized provider of professional management services to the gaming industry and a leader in special mission aircraft modifications. Christopher Reedy has extensive experience in both of these segments with his past role as vice president and secretary for the company. Butler National has hired Christopher Reedy to fill many roles since November of 2000. Mr. Reedy was appointed secretary in 2005. In addition to his aviation credentials, Mr. Reedy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kansas State University and a doctorate in law school from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
The leadership of each of Butler National’s operating subsidiaries reports to the COO. The COO reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The COO will also be responsible for shareholder relations.
