Houston, Texas (KWTX)- The perpetrators and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Squad are asking the public for help in identifying the suspect or suspects responsible for the death of a Houston mechanic by execution.
Luis Casillas was shot and killed at 7600 North Highway in Houston shortly before 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23rd.
During the incident, the victim drove up to a local business and was approached in the parking lot by several suspects.
An argument ensued, and one of the suspects pulled out a firearm and fatally shot Casillas.
Family members told KHOU TV in Houston that Casillas was executed in the parking lot of his store over a $500 car repair bill. Casillas reportedly planned to use the money to buy Christmas presents for his children.
