Fact Sheet: Smith County Jail Reservations January 6-10.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies accused 33-year-old Michael Duane Abrams II of Flint of sexually abusing a child. On Sunday, Abrams was in the Smith County Jail on $1 million bail.

Deputies charged 20-year-old Dawaylon Patterell Ford of Tyler with failure to identify, evading vehicular arrest and resisting arrest, search or transportation. Ford was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and was released the same day on bail totaling $30,250.

Deputies charged 34-year-old Dakota Ryan Harris of Flint with making a terrorist threat to a family/household and resisting arrest, search or transportation. Harris was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and was released the same day on bail totaling $15,000.

Deputies charged 34-year-old Mandon Ryan Thompson of Flint with aggravated assault causing serious bodily harm. Thompson was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and released the next day on $25,000 bail.

Deputies blamed 26-year-old Tasheuna Oshatai Walton of Whitehouse for a traffic accident with injuries. On Friday, Walton was in the Smith County Jail on $150,000 bail.

Deputies charged 39-year-old Jerroderick Williams of Shreveport, Louisiana with illegal possession of a firearm by a criminal and production of a Class 1 controlled substance with a penalty of 4 to 200 grams. Williams was in the Smith County jail on Monday on bonds totaling $350,000.

Deputies charged 33-year-old Tristen Bell-Wilson of Jacksonville with aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Bell-Wilson was in the Smith County jail on Monday on $300,000 bail.

MPs charged Carlos Dewayne Heste Caldwell, 44, of Tyler, with assaulting a family/home member obstructing breathing/circulation. Caldwell was in the Smith County jail on Monday without bail.

MPs charged Steven Michael Edison, 51, of Rusk, with two counts of assaulting a family/household member with a previous conviction. Edison was in the Smith County jail on Monday on bonds totaling $300,000.

Deputies charged Tyler’s Gustavo Martinez-Mendoza, 41, with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Martinez-Mendoza was in the Smith County Jail on Monday and was released the same day on bail totaling $60,000.

Deputies accused Ezequiel Sanchez, 30, of Henderson, of burglary with the intent to commit another felony. Sanchez was in the Smith County Jail on Monday and released the same day on $200,000 bail.

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

The officers charged 49-year-old Archie Lee Wynn Jr. of Tyler with criminal trespassing on two counts. Wynn was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $35,500.

Officers charged Joseph Gordon Jeno, 48, of Tyler, with assaulting a family member/home, obstructing breathing/circulation, injuring a child/elderly/handicapped person with intentional bodily harm, and obstructing an emergency request for help. Jeno was in the Smith County jail on Friday and released on Sunday on bail totaling $17,500.

Officers charged 52-year-old Luther Ollen Brown of Tyler with failing to comply with the sex offenders’ duty of registration and criminal mischief ranging from $750 to $2,500. Brown was in the Smith County Jail Friday on bonds totaling $160,000.

Officers accused 34-year-old Jason Fiers, Bullard, of impersonating a government official. Fears was in the Smith County jail on Saturday and released the next day on $5,000 bail.

Officers charged 17-year-old Jamarcus Demon Jackson of Tyler with possession of a banned weapon. On Sunday, Jackson was in the Smith County Jail on $250,000 bail.

Officers charged Bobby Jean Henry, III, 23, of Tyler, with burglary of a building, theft of $100 to $750 of property, theft of $750 to $2,500 of property, fraud using/possession of an item number ID from 10 to 50, fraud using/possession of item count less than 5, and two counts of fraud using/possession of item number of items from 5 to 10. Henry was in the Smith County jail on Sunday and was transferred to another agency with bonds on total amount of $35,000.

Officers charged 37-year-old Christopher Blaine Oneal of Smith County with violating parole, falsifying government records with the intent to make them authentic, failing to identify a fugitive intent to provide false information, stealing property worth between $2,500 and $30,000, and also in fraud using/possession of identification number information. less than 5 items. Oneal was in the Smith County jail on Saturday for $205,500.

Officers charged 34-year-old Jason Michael Nardozza of Tyler with stealing from a man. On Monday, Nardozza was in the Smith County Jail on $35,000 bail.

Officers charged 46-year-old Jeremy Shane Palady of Tyler with arson. Palady was in the Smith County jail on Monday without bail.

Officers accused 43-year-old Michael Joseph Gray of Tyler of failing to comply with a sexual life registration duty / yearly. On Monday, Gray was in the Smith County Jail on $150,000 bail.

The marshals charged 33-year-old Edwin Mejia of Tyler with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On Friday, Mejia was in the Smith County Jail on $250,000 bail.

TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE

Game inspectors charged Troy Jermaine Montgommery, 42, of Fort Worth, with drunk driving, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, and assaulting a family/household member with a previous conviction. On Saturday, Montgomery was in the Smith County Jail on bail totaling $26,000.

ADULTS PERFORMANCE IN SMITH COUNTY

Officers charged 27-year-old Chelsea Lee Rowland of Bullard with a fine for possession of a Class 1 controlled substance of less than 1 gram. On Friday, Rowland was in the Smith County Jail on $300,000 bail.

Officers charged Tyler’s 36-year-old Nikki Massengale with stealing between $750 and $2,500 in property and falsifying government fraud/harm records. Massengale was in the Smith County Jail on Monday and was released the same day on bail totaling $50,000.
