One of the most popular boba shops is opening a second location. Fenga Chalocated at 8007 E. Kellogg within Eastgate Plaza, is preparing to open its second store this spring.
Feng Cha is headquartered at 2564 N Greenwich Rd in the former Eat Fit Go space. It’s the same strip center that’s home to Crumbl Cookies, Jersey Mikes and Hot Worx.
The boba shop specializes in desserts and a large collection of beverages such as boba staples such as dirty boba, a selection of brewed teas and fruit tea creations.
The Chinese-born chain arrived in Wichita in 2022. Their opening here in the city was a huge success with long lines. Since then, they have become part of the community. They have held pop-ups at local events like the Asian Night Market and the Wichita Asian Festival.
The new location is said to open in March or April.
Westerners who want their Feng Cha fix should know that they are looking to branch out west.
